Referral and Intake

Referrals can be initiated by York Region School Boards or Private Schools. A referral may be initiated by  a community agency if the youth is not registered at a school.  All referrals must be made with the consent of families or legal guardians. 

York Region District School Board Administrators considering a referral are requested to contact their Area Student Services Coordinator. Referrals from York Catholic District School Board staff are made by contacting the school board's ASD Team.
