AN UPDATE TO OUR COMMUNITY REGARDING IN-PERSON COMMUNITY SUPPORTS

Throughout the pandemic, Kerry’s Place Autism Services has prioritized the health and safety of the families and persons we support, and our employees. Kerry’s Place immediately recognized the impact the pandemic could have on our various services and supports, and therefore shifted many of these services from in-person, to virtual, using Zoom where appropriate. Consistent with Public Health measures, and recommendations from government officials, we have paused in-person supports to reduce the spread of Covid-19.

While our virtual services and supports continue to deliver a high quality level of support, we understand that many of you are waiting for in-person supports to return. As Kerry’s Place wants to allow the time necessary to progress through the Public Health framework, we will postpone delivering in-person supports until Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at which point we will review our plan to return to in-person supports, along with the Public Health and government directives. We will continue to provide updates regarding when in-person supports will be available, on our website, and social media pages.
