The April Break Camp Connection kicked off April Break with a discussion about healthy snacks, as well as ways to keep our body and minds fit. Campers made hot air balloons and discussed strategies for rising above their thoughts and worries.

A special guest (Powered by 3) also joined the group to lead everyone through some yoga stretches and discussed the importance of practicing mindfulness.
