Carman started working with Kerry’s Place Autism Services in January 2017 as an Autism Consultant and when she heard about the Kerry Bear Challenge, so knew she wanted to participate.
When Carman reached out to friends and family to support her in the challenge, she shared that she wanted to participate because initiatives like this help to support families impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
In her work as an Autism Consultant, she connects with people with ASD and their families. Carman is really glad she works for Kerry’s Place and participating in the Kerry Bear Challenge was a way she felt she could give back and support!
Carman’s original goal was to raise $500 but when she reached her goal within the first week of the Kerry Bear Challenge, she decided to keep going! Today, she has raised nearly $800 for Kerry’s Place!
