We are now at Eleven!
Slow down, Pay attention to your breathing,
and take a deep breath.
On the eleventh day of Kindness,
my co-workers gave to me…
A fresh cup of coffee,
A note that made me happy,
Three treats to eat,
lunch away from screens,
5-minutes of yoga (with Adriene & Benji),
6-minute dance party,
a list of 7 things I’ve accomplished or achieved,
8-glasses of water to keep me healthy,
9 – a walking opportunity
10 – minutes of a mindfulness activity,
11 – deep breaths to help me succeed
