This 10-week group aims to deconstruct misconceptions of sexuality and relationships, while building confident and empowered, female identifying and non-binary, Autistic young adults. Breaking Barriers will use a combination of teaching, discussion, and self-care strategies to help participants learn to make informed choices about their own sexual relations/partners, contraception, and reproductive healthcare. Participants will also have the opportunity to increase their awareness of warning signs of abuse, across different types of relationships, and learn abuse prevention strategies.
