Social Skills (Individual) – Ages: 7-9 – Aurora

(1 week break for program writing and no session March break)
This is a 10 week group that provides the opportunity for participants to learn social skills based on their individual needs, alongside their peers. Areas of need will be identified by an individualized assessment and learning will occur within various activities using evidence-based teaching strategies.
Participants’ progress with their skill development is closely monitored by a clinical team. Some of the skills that may be worked on include but are not limited to, greetings, initiating and maintaining a conversation, making and maintaining friends, and good sportsmanship.
