Our emotional regulation curricula help to establish and develop participants’ abilities in the identification and use of skills in regulating emotions. 

Children’s Friendship Training (CFT)

Children’s Friendship training is a social skills intervention in which participants will learn and practice foundational social skills, through a variety of engaging and fun activities.

F.I.T. – Virtual Social Group

The focus of this group is to foster the social skills characteristics of recreational activities. Each week participants will take part in activities aimed at promoting inclusion, cooperation and participation.
