The students at Shaughnessy Public School worked very hard this month, raising funds for World Autism Awareness Day.

By selling special blue-and-white coloured popcorn at recess, they were able to raise $532.00 for Kerry’s Place!

The school has three classes for students with Autism, so this is a special cause for them. Later this month, classes will be invited to decorate their classroom doors, and the students in the Autism programs will be judging which door most accurately reflects what it is like to live with Autism.

THANKS, SHAUGHNESSY STUDENTS! KERRY’S PLACE IS GRATEFUL FOR YOU!
