  • An organization raising multi-million dollars annually in order to do more for those we currently serve and to serve those for whom there is no government funding available.

To achieve this we will:

  • Continue to utilize evidence-based practice to enhance the quality of life for those supported
  • Build robust community programs which will expand OAP and Fee for Service programs
  • Implement the Housing Strategy with a focus on optimizing and expanding service delivery

To achieve this we will:

  • Transform organizational practices, with a focus on recruitment & retention, equity, diversity & inclusion, staff development and talent management, including advocating for comparable compensation

  • Promote Kerry’s Place services -Brand Awareness in the Autism, Developmental Services and Mental Health sectors and beyond
  • Build a Big “A” Advocacy approach to Kerry’s Place’s leadership work at national and provincial levels
