Participants Wanted for a Study “Redefining the Social Contract: Rebalancing Formal and Natural Support for People with Disabilities and their Families”

We are looking for volunteers to participate in a study that aims to understand the most desirable way to balance both natural and formal supports for people with disabilities and their families and to understand how some organizations in Canada have attempted to find this balance.

We are recruiting volunteers who (1) have at least 3-months of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and their families as a paid, formal support person and (2) would be willing to have a virtual interview with us to share their experiences.

The interview with our Research Associate would happen via Zoom and would take approximately 1-hour. In appreciation of your time, you will receive $25.00 CAD via e-transfer.
If you are interested in learning more about study, and/or willing to participate in this voluntary study please contact
